Al Modify Flux

High efficient refine primary silicon and improve mechanical properties, long efficient modifier (4~8 hours).

Apply to the modification treatment of hypoeutectic and eutectic Al-Si alloys with shorter casting time (Mg≤2%).

This product can turn iron phase in alloy structure from flat-elongated to spherical grain, improve the strength and plasticity of alloy, and enable recycling of aluminum alloy with high iron content.

Used for modifying aluminum-silicon alloy with Si≤12% and long pouring time. It is a kind of powdered permanent modifying flux with available time 2-8h.
