Fluxes
Refine fluxes are used for purification of aluminum alloys melt. Dross Fluxes are applied to separate inclusions and slag from melt, and extract aluminum trapped in the dross. Cover flux is used for protecting aluminum and aluminum alloy melt and preventing aluminum oxidation.
Magnesium Refine and Dross Flux MJ1
Apply to refining and drossing treatment of magnesium and magnesium alloys, effectively removing impurity and gas in the molten magnesium, improving interior qualities of the materials and mechanical properties of the finished products.
Magnesium Cover Flux
Spread out and cover all over the surface of the magnesium molten, makes the melt isolated from air, preventing absorb H2, preventing magnesium alloys elements in the melt oxidized or burned up.
Copper Cover Flux
Spread out and cover all over the surface of the molten copper, it makes the melt isolated from air, preventing absorbs H2, preventing copper and copper alloys elements in the melt oxidized or burned up.
Copper Refine Flux
Apply to refining treatment of copper alloys, effectively removing the impurity and gas in the molten copper, improving both interior, exterior qualities of the materials and mechanical properties of the finished products.
Zinc Dross Flux
Low temperature. The slag is separated easily from the melting and lower metal content in the salg. Less metal loss and excellent slag removal.
Zinc Refine Dross Flux
Apply to refine treatment of zinc and zinc alloys, effectively remove the impurity and gas in the molten zinc, improveinterior qualities of the materials and mechanical properties of the finished products.
Titanium Boron Refine Flux
Lower wastage, improving the quality of the surface of finished products, and raise the uniformity degree of chromatic oxidation and levels of brightness.
Aluminum Refine Flux (powder)
Used for injection refining and drossing. AJ1 is excellent for degassing and drossing. AJ2 has better all-around function, with less deposit onto the furnace wall and environment-friendly in use. AJ6 is free of sodium.
