Ferrum Modify Flux

Properties Features:

(1)Changed the iron phase of Al alloy from gill shape to granular shape. Increasing strength and plasticity of Al alloy, and improving mechanical properties.

(2)It is easy to use ATB flux, its modifying results have long residual action and remelting action.    Scope of Application:

Apply to the modification treatment of iron phase in Al alloy(Fe≥0.4%).

Package and Storage:

Appearance: duck grey tablet. 

2kg/ polythene bag, 20kg/carton.

Keep dry and ventilated.

This product can turn iron phase in alloy structure from flat-elongated to spherical grain, improve the strength and plasticity of alloy, and enable recycling of aluminum alloy with high iron content.

Application:

ATB is applicable to pressure casting, Formulation of designing aluminum master alloy and aluminum scrap melting.
