Copper Refine Flux

Properties & Application:

(1). A lot of mini bubbles are produced in the molten copper, accelerate gas and impurity escape. CJ1 will react with inclusion such as SiO2, SnO2, Al2O3, ZnO and MnO and generate compound slats at low melting points, which are quickly driven out the dross by the force of surface tension and bubble movement.

(2). Apply to refining treatment of copper alloys, effectively removing the impurity and gas in the molten copper, improving both interior, exterior qualities of the materials and mechanical properties of the finished products.

(3). No toxic gas or obvious smoke in the process, it is harmless to workers, equipments and environmental.

Package and Storage:

Appearance: white powder.

1kg/polythene bag, 20 bags in a carton, 20kg/carton.

Keep dry and ventilated.

Applied to industry of copper forming, casting, custom-made ingot, etc.
