Zinc Dross Flux

Properties & Application:

(1). Excellent function of separating slag from the molten zinc, fast slagging speed and easy skimming of.

(2). Low temperature. The slag is separated easily from the melting and lower metal content in the salg. Less metal loss and excellent slag removal.

(3). Suitable for hot dip galvanizing, remelting zinc waste and zinc alloy ingots.

(4) No toxic gas or obvious smoke in the process, it is harmless to workers, equipments and environmental.

Operation Instructions:

(1) Temperature: ≥450℃.

(2) Dosage: 0.2~0.5% of the total metal weight.

(3) Operation method: Scatter ZZ on the scum layer, and then duly push, pull and knead by tool. Skim off the slag when the slag and melt have been separated

Package and Storage:

Appearance: white powder.

1kg/ polythene bag, 20kg/carton.

Keep dry and ventilated.
