Properties & Application
- Excellent function of separating slag from molten zinc with fast slagging speed and easy skimming
- Low temperature operation with easy separation from melting and lower metal content in slag, resulting in less metal loss and excellent slag removal
- Suitable for hot dip galvanizing, remelting zinc waste, and zinc alloy ingots
- No toxic gas or obvious smoke during process - harmless to workers, equipment, and environment
Operation Instructions
- Temperature: ≥450℃
- Dosage: 0.2~0.5% of total metal weight
- Operation Method: Scatter ZZ on scum layer, then duly push, pull and knead by tool. Skim off slag when separation is complete
