Zinc Refine Dross Flux

Properties & Applications:

(1) ZJ1 will cause the molten zinc to roll in the using process, reaction times: 15～20 minutes.

(2) Apply to refining treatment of zinc and zinc alloys, effectively removing the impurity and gas in the molten zinc, improving interior qualities of the materials and mechanical properties of the finished products.

Operation Instructions:

(1). Operation method: Push ZJ1 into the deep (about 7～10 cm from furnace bottom) of the molten zinc, and horizontally move it around until reaction finish. Skimming off the dross, the molten zinc is ready for cast.

(2). Temperature: 410~460℃.

(3). Dosage: 0.3~0.6% of the total metal weight.

Package and Storage:

Appearance: Dull gray cylindrical hard chunks. 

250g/pc. 120pcs in a carton, 30kg/carton.

Keep dry and ventilated.

Applied to industry of zinc die casting, hot dip, scrap, custom-made ingot, etc. 

The products include Refining flux ZS-ZJ0 (Tablet), refining and drossing flux ZS-ZJ1 and ZS-ZJ101 (low temperature), drossing flux ZS-ZZ.
