Al Dross Flux(Powder)

Properties:

(1) Have featured of heat generation, quick slag-forming and easy skimming.

(2) Excellent function of separating slag from the molten aluminum, efficiently separate aluminum impurity from the dross. Formed slag will not conglomerate and just includes little metal content.

(3). No toxic gas or obvious smoke in the process, it is harmless to workers, equipments and environmental.

Scope of Application:

Apply to drossing treatment of Aluminum alloy melt and slag- smelting with afterheat.

Package and Storage:

Appearance: White powder. 

2kg/polythene bag, 20kg/carton.

Keep dry and ventilated.

Known as fluxing medium, slag-cleaning agent, slag-aluminum separating agent, this drossing/deslagging flux can increase slag temperature, efficiently separate slag and aluminum, and remove scum or slag. The main model number AZ1 is effective in slag-aluminum separation, free of smoke smell in use, and environmental friendly; AZ6 is free of sodium.
