Application:
Used for the Cr element additive or grain refining of aluminum alloys in the course of smelting. Using temperature low, low wastage of Cr element.
Operation Instructions:
(1) Temperature: 730℃ minimum.
(2) Dosage: according to calculating and experimental results.
(3) Method: heating to the appropriate temperature, skim off the dross and put AlCr5 into the molten Al, stirring the molten to homogenate, keep the molten Al static for 10~20 minutes.Mix round well-proportioned before affusing.
Package and Storage:
Appearance: white metal nuggets.
Form: Piglet---250g/pc, 100pcs in a carton, 25kg/carton,1mt/pallet;
Waffle---7-9kg/waffle, 1mt/pallet.
Storage: Keep dry and ventilated.
