Aluminum Iron Master Alloy (Waffle) (Model: AlFe10, AlFe20, AlFe30)

Properties & Application:

Iron content:  8～12% for AlFe10; 18～22% for AlFe20; 28～32% for AlFe30.

Operation Instructions:

(1). Temperature: 720~760℃

(2). Dosage: According to calculating and experimental results.

(3). Method: Skimming off the dross and put AlFe20 into the molten Al, stirring the molten to homogenate, keep the molten Al static for 5~10 minutes.

Package and Storage:

Appearance: White metal nuggets. 

Form: Piglet---300g/pc. 25kg/carton, 1mt/pallet; Waffle---7-9kg/waffle, 1mt/pallet. 

Keep dry and ventilated.
