Application:
Used for the Ni element additive of aluminum alloys in the course of smelting. Using low temperature, low wastage of Cr element.
Operation Instructions:
(1) Baking AlNi20 dry before using.
(2) Temperature: 720℃ minimum.
(3) Dosage: according to calculating and experimental results.
(4) Method: heating to the appropriate temperature, skim off the dross and put AlNi20 into the molten Al, stirring the molten to homogenate, keep the molten Al static for 5~10 minutes. Mix round well-proportioned before affusing.
Package and Storage:
Appearance: white metal nuggets.
Form: Piglet---250g/pc, 100pcs in a carton, 25kg/carton, 1mt/pallet;
Waffle---7-9kg/waffle, 1mt/pallet.
Storage: Keep dry and ventilated.
