Furnace Cleaning Flux

Properties:

Excellent function of separating slag from furnace inwall, apply to Aluminum furnace, also Copper and Zinc furnace.

Operation Instructions:

1) Discharge all of molten aluminum, and heat up to 900℃.

2) Open the oven port, jetting this product on the inwall and bottom where slag accumulated, close the oven port.

3) Open the oven port again after 5 minutes,  pull and knead the slag and AQ with slagging spoon, peel off and dig up the slag.

4) Repeat above program if the slag heavy.
