Al Recovery Flux

Properties:

Short preheating time, fast heating, rapid chemical reaction. Efficiently release aluminum trapped in the

slag. 

Scope of Application:

Suitable for dross treatment outside furnace in various aluminum processing industries.

Operation Instructions:

(1) Manual Operations:

Put the AZ3A powder onto the surface of the aluminum slag and cover a layer of slag on it. After 3-5min

preheating, operate the device and do dross treatment.

(2) Dosage: 0.5-2.0% of the total metal weight.

Package and Storage:

Appearance: White powder.

2kg/polythene bag, 20kg/carton.

Keep dry and ventilated.
