Al Dross Degass Flux(Powder)

Properties Features:

(1) With low temperature and good heating, AJ101 flux help separate the slag from aluminum melt. Less metal in the slag and easy to slag.

(2) It has a certain refining effect.

(3) It is especially suitable for slag removal treatment in aluminum die-casting industry.

(4) No toxic gas or obvious smoke in the using process. It’s harmless to workers, equipment and environmental.

Scope of Application:

Apply to drossing treatment of Aluminum and its alloys (except the alloys of high Magnesium content).

Operation Instructions:

(1). Manual Operations: Put the AJ101A powder onto the surface of the melt, duly push, pull and knead the dross layer. Skim off the slag when the slag and aluminum have been separated.

(2). Temperature: ≥700°C

(3). Dosage: 0.1~0.4% of the total metal weight.

Package and Storage:

Appearance: white powder. 

2kg/polythene bag, 20kg/carton.

Keep dry and ventilated.
